Quality replacement exhaust manifold gasket, suitable for all TD5 engines running all types of manifold. We'd strongly recommend checking the manifold is perfectly flat or having it skimmed at a machine shop to make sure it fits and seals perfectly.
Manifold nuts should be torqued evenly to 25nm (18lbf.ft).
We also stock extended manifold stud kits, and complete turbo fitting kits so you have everything you need to complete the job!
